How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
When you fill in our enquiry form, call us or message us on WhatsApp, you may share your name, phone number and booking details, such as the tests you need, your city and your address for sample collection.
We do not sell your personal information.
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to us through WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
This website uses Google tags, which may use cookies to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.
We share your details only as needed to provide the service you have asked for — for example, with the team handling your test booking or sample collection — or when required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
To access, correct or delete your details, or to stop receiving calls from us, call us on +91-9650461818.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
